A Lifetime of Service to Carlsbad

I am a United States Marine Corps veteran who has called Carlsbad home for more than twenty years and raised four children here.

I founded and ran an international freight forwarding company for seventeen years, growing it past five million dollars in annual sales and employing more than forty people. I have owned and operated commercial property for two decades.

I live in the Solamar senior community and serve on our Community Emergency Response Team, trained in disaster response.

For years I have written to this city on behalf of my neighbors  street safety, senior preparedness, aircraft noise, and the nightly freight train carrying hazardous materials through our neighborhoods. Too often, no one answered.
